Founder story
ICTHubs was founded by Rukundo Etienne with a simple belief: technology should not merely digitize existing processes—it should amplify human potential.
From Kigali, Rwanda, Etienne envisioned a future where intelligent systems could help businesses, governments, and communities solve complex challenges more effectively. Frustrated by generic solutions that failed to address local realities, he began building platforms designed around context, adaptability, and long-term impact.
